Doing closed-book exams.
One of the best methods for preparing for exams is to complete past exam papers under exam conditions. This means that you don't have your notes in front of you, and that you do the exam in the allocated time. By simulating exam pressure, we can test how robust our knowledge really is. However, if you don't understand a question or you don't think you can get full marks for it, turn to the front of the booklet and jot down the question. That way, you can ask your teacher or go to your textbook to find the answer later. By doing this, you will ensure that you spend a good amount of time revising the tricky questions so you can get a strong understanding of the hardest topics.
