Stress is normal.
Most people treat stress as though it is a plague to be avoided. This couldn't be further from the truth. Stress is an important element of life, particularly in the context of study. If we weren't stressed at all, we wouldn't get out of bed in the morning: it drives us toward action. That said, sometimes we experience too much stress.
